Your new role at Fieldbay is calling you!

 

Vocational Services Co-ordinator, Fixed term contract Maternity Cover 12 Months, Head Office, Swansea,  37.5 hours per week,  £32.000 per annum

Your role will be to support our business to deliver a variety of activities, with the support of your activity's coordinators in our homes.

 

Your creativity, inspiration and leadership to guide, support and deliver a variety of exciting activities and events for everyone to enjoy.

 

Your talents and abilities will lie in motivating and leading a team.

 

You will be able to demonstrate people management skills.

 

Your talents will lie in excellent communication, organising and time management skills. With the ability to take on board ideas and make them happen!

Travel is essential in this role; therefore, you will need to hold a UK driving licence and own you own car.
