Our Fieldbay Head Office is based in Swansea and here the team provides the core functional support to all of our services including Quality, People, Recruitment and Support Services. We also have 6 lovely services in the area.
Heathfield Lodge provides residential care for 16 adults over the age of 18. Our Care Assistants will progress through training to QCF 2 or up to QCF 5 and many undertake supervisory roles within the company. There is also plenty of support to gain skills in Positive Behaviour Support as well as manual handling.
The team includes Care Assistants, Advanced Practitioners trained in Manual Handling, Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Positive Behavioural Management (PBM) and Fundamentals of Care. We also have Speech and Language Therapists (SALT) and access to a Consultant Psychiatrist. Our aim is to maintain and where possible, improve the overall independence levels of the people we support, through rehabilitation (if appropriate), stimulation and social integration so they enjoy a valuable quality of life.
Heathfield Apartments offers a welcoming, friendly home for anyone looking for supported living in South Wales. The site comprises of 10 recently-refurbished studio apartments and a separate summer house.
Sharing the Heathfield Apartments site is an activity centre, named the “Hobby Hut”, and a wood workshop where people are welcome to pursue hobbies, learn new skills, or join a group run by a dedicated team of activity co-ordinators and occupational therapists.
We have an activity planner setting up events throughout the year and in addition to activities such as arts and crafts, cognitive groups and sensory sessions, outside agencies such as Zoolab and a Nostalgia Show make frequent appearances.

At Mill Row we have a residential service and two supported living settings.

Our Supported Living Service has been renovated to a very high standard and now provides 24 hour support.
At Tan-Yr-Allt House we provide nursing care for 16 adults over the age of 40 with a primary diagnosis of Dementia/Mental Infirmity requiring nursing care.
The specialist multi-discipline team includes multi-skilled nurses with diverse expertise and qualifications such as Mental Health Nursing (RMN) and General Nursing (RGN) qualifications. In addition, the care assistant team are encouraged to develop their skills and progress in their careers.

At Yr Ysgol we provide nursing care at Yr Ysgol for 16 adults over the age of 18.
In Sept 2019 Yr Ysgol became the first Nursing Home in Wales to be Quality Assured by the Huntington’s Disease Association. The Accreditation was awarded following a rigorous audit process that was developed by the association and piloted at Yr Ysgol Nursing home. The audit sets a benchmark by which providers can be measured used throughout the UK.
