​Bryn Derwen is our Supported Living Service, based in Ewenny, Bridgend. It's a beautiful 6 bedroom house that has been renovated to a very high standard.

North Lodge is a beautiful period building and has been renovated to a very high standard. It is a 10 bed facility comprising of 4 self-contained flats and 6 spacious bedrooms, 4 of which are en-suite.

Pen-Y-Bont provides nursing care for 43 adults over the age of 18. There is a spacious and modern site with a lovely enclosed garden.

Our Care Assistants will progress through training to QCF 2 or up to QCF 5 and many undertake supervisory roles within the company. There is also plenty of support to gain skills in Positive Behaviour Support as well as manual handling.

The team includes Care Assistants, Advanced Practitioners trained in Manual Handling, Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Positive Behavioural Management (PBM) and Fundamentals of Care. We also have Speech and Language Therapists (SALT) and access to a Consultant Psychiatrist, Neuro-Psychologist and assistant Psychologists. Our aim is to maintain and where possible, improve the overall independence levels of the people we support, through rehabilitation (if appropriate), stimulation and social integration so they enjoy a valuable quality of life.
